Reaching out and finding the right help for you is the first hurdle.
Once you have the correct support and tools in place you can move into sustained recovery.
Everybody is different but there are common similarities between people with drink or drug problems.

Please note - We are not a crisis service for individuals or families. If you feel that you are in a crisis and need help then you should contact your local crisis team, GP or local services. You can find out more about these services in our T's and C's. We offer a secure space to explore individuals and family members needs around addictions, and our sessions need to be prepared for. In the case of family members being involved, then access to family sessions are always led by the individual who is experiencing the active addiction, meaning that I need written acknowledgement from my clients that they are happy for family members to receive family support sessions.
